A leading asset management firm in London is seeking a Senior HR Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle. The role involves managing employee relations, advising on performance management, and mentoring the HR team. Candidates should have experience in financial services and a passion for building strong employee relationships. The position offers a hybrid work model with 4 days in office and 1 day from home.
Senior HR Manager with Financial Services experience is required by an Asset Management company in the West End. Currently 4 days a week in office and 1 from home.
The role’s focus requires both a strategic and hands‑on operational overview of the full employee lifecycle.
You will be expected to manage the team responsible for implementing HR processes with efficiency, while ensuring employment regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures and legislation are all in place. Your open approach will be an active representation of the company values, setting and reinforcing the standard for positive behaviours at all levels.
You will need to be passionate about supporting all employees, building strong relationships and representing the staff perspective in decision‑making processes conducted at management and executive level.
It is highly preferred that you have experience working within an investment / asset manager or other financial markets‑oriented organisation.
