A leading HR consultancy in Swindon is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide high-quality HR advice and support to clients. You will handle employee relations issues and manage formal HR processes, contributing to a diverse range of clients. The role offers a competitive salary of £35K to £40K and the opportunity for professional development.
Location: Swindon, with travel to client sites in London
Reports to: Managing Director

Purpose of the role:
The Senior HR Advisor is the first point of contact for HR Dept clients. You will be responsible for providing high quality and commercial HR advice and support to clients and navigating through HR processes to provide solutions to people problems. You will also be responsible for undertaking client project work as required.
