Job description

Excellent opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor based south of Cambridge. This is a busy role and would be perfect for a CIPD qualified generalist.

You will need to have experience of first line ER and have a good knowledge of employment law and a commercial awareness. Building relationships across the site is an important part of the role and you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced busy environment while delivering quality work. You will thrive on change and continuous improvement. You will enjoy project work and building a collaborative culture.

This role is based mainly on site and offers excellent benefits and flexible hours. A background in manufacturing or similar environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
