Overview

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a famous Local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are seeking a Senior Housing Lawyer to join their team on a 3-month contract basis.

Compensation

This role pays a competitive rate of: Umbrella rate - £50-£55 an hour depending on experience. PAYE (Inc. Hol) - £44.50 – £48.89 per hour.

Contract

Contract basis for 3 months with potential to extend.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain excellent client relations acting as a role model to achieve service and council wide objectives.
  • Have a strong understanding in Housing Disrepair and Rent Possession work.
  • Where appropriate, demonstrate exceptional advocacy skills achieving the best possible outcomes for the client.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Housing Law.
  • Good communication skills written and verbal.
  • Able to work under pressure.
