A local authority is seeking a Senior Housing & Estates Officer to lead housing management services and ensure tenants receive the best experience. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of housing legislation. The successful candidate will manage casework and support tenants to prevent homelessness, driving service improvements within a collaborative environment.

We’re seeking a highly skilled individual with substantial experience in housing management and delivering customer-focused services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and mentoring abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to complex housing challenges. A solid understanding of housing legislation and tenancy management is essential to succeed in this role.
