A leading healthcare provider in Maidstone is seeking a Healthcare Worker to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver competent care per patients' care plans and supervise band 2 healthcare workers. Ideal candidates possess strong organisation skills and a compassionate nature. The Trevor Gibbens Unit is a medium secure inpatient service for forensic services serving the community of Kent and Medway. We specialise in the rehabilitation and treatment of males & females with complex mental health needs, who require care in a medium secure setting, in response to offending, risky and/or challenging behaviours. This can be a challenging, yet rewarding environment and requires excellent organisation skills and the ability to use your initiative. If you are enthusiastic about making a difference and capable of providing positive challenge to the status quo in the interest of service and workforce development, then we want to hear from you.
