A leading healthcare service provider in Liverpool is looking for a Team Leader in a Custody environment. The role requires strong leadership and clinical assessment skills to manage HCPs providing care to detained individuals. Ideal candidates should have 12+ months of relevant experience and be qualified as RN Adult or RMN. This position offers a competitive salary with opportunities for overtime.

Would you like a new career challenge, managing a small team of HCPs within the Custody suites, do you have a real passion for developing clinical, forensic, and wider skills not just in yourself but your wider team?
Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of HCPs providing detained individuals with exact assessments and assuring their care and wellbeing needs are met. You will look at rota gaps and cover as needed. You will manage the HCPs ensuring they are supervised and appraised appropriately. Acting as management you will work as a part of an integrated team with the Clinical lead and Lead senior to ensure that the local processes follow National Clinical Governance Standards and the Forces specific needs.
