Senior Group FP&A Manager

Element Recruitment is partnering exclusively with landmark SouthWest business in their search for a Senior Group FP&A Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A with interface with the C‑Suite, this role is a pivotal hire at what is an exciting time for the group and the FP&A team.

About the Role

This role will lead the FP&A processes for the Group, delivering accurate financial planning, insightful analysis, and strategic support to senior management, enabling informed decision‑making.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong FP&A experience with a comfortability and confidence to communicate, challenge and present to Director/C‑suite level. You will be highly analytical, making use of BI tools and systems and be an advocate for change, with a continuous improvement mindset. You will have experience of working with an international business with experience and exposure of a group structure.
