Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with an ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP; US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UK GAAP statutory accounts and US GAAP reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements.
• Manage VAT and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Develop and support a small finance team.
