Qualifications

  • Strong FMCG account management or experience in a manufacturing-led environment.
  • Commercial leadership experience.
  • Proven retail sales experience across FMCG channels.
  • Excellent negotiation and financial acumen, including P&L ownership.
  • Strong numerical skills, Excel proficiency (SAP experience a plus).
  • Confident communicator and influencer.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

  • Take commercial ownership and nurture large accounts.
  • Engage buyers, supply chain teams, and marketing.
  • Deliver strategy and volume growth, monitor performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities using market analysis.
  • Engage internal teams to drive commercial success.
  • Lead and mentor Business Account Executives.
  • Run effective meetings and implement improvements.
  • Visit stores and identify initiatives that drive sales.
  • Keep up-to-date with current market trends.
