• Experience in the flood alleviation sector desirable.
• Excellent understanding of NEC contracts.
• Experience in integrated collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver capital investment projects for flood alleviation schemes.
• Lead Cost/Commercial Management commissions for successful delivery.
• Support contract management services for NEC4 contracts.

Skills

Infrastructure cost/commercial management experience

Excellent knowledge of NEC suite of contracts

Good communication and organizational skills

Relationship building skills

Excellent IT Skills

Ability to work under own initiative

Education
