I'm working with a highly desirable, fast–paced organisation on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join the team on a 12–month fixed–term contract. This is a pivotal commercial role supporting one of the core growth areas of the business – ideal for someone who thrives on adding value, driving insight, and influencing strategic decision–making.

In this role, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, lead a high–performing team, and take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis across a critical portfolio.

The Role

As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of 3, ensuring high–quality output and strong business collaboration
• Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle for a key growth division
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, providing insightful commercial analysis and recommendations
• Deliver robust month–end reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling
