Senior Estimator

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 DOE

Location: Fleet, Hampshire

Regions: Hampshire, Surrey

A leading contractor who work within providing construction solutions for Housing Association and Residential Provider schemes urgently require a Senior Estimator to work from their busy Fleet office.

The company will undertake Design & Build works for apartment schemes and some housing throughout the Thames Valley, Surrey, Hampshire and South London locations. They have been established for a considerable amount of time and seek an experienced Estimator with at least 10 years experience who is familiar with all pricing on bidding for HA/ RP led contracting works building apartment schemes. It is vitally important that the applicant has this experience as this could be the difference between winning and not winning the job.
