Estate Agent – OTE £30k, uncapped commission, career progression, company car or car allowance. At Sharman Quinney, part of the Connells Group, we’re looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join our team as a Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Cambridge.

In this role you will be helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and agreeing sales. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
