Job description

Taylor Woodrow are currently recruiting for a Senior Environmental Advisor to join a brand new project in Suffolk. You will take the lead in creating a culture of best practice environmental performance and excellent standards for the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess strategic environmental risks and develop mitigation measures in collaboration with the project team.
  • Create, review, and maintain the Project Environmental Management Plan and associated documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with current and future environmental and health & safety legislation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and address environmental concerns (noise, dust, etc.).
  • Drive continuous improvement in environmental practices and systems.
  • Support delivery of carbon reduction targets and manage financial implications of environmental decisions.
  • Champion environmental awareness.
  • Implement and audit the Environmental Management System on-site.
  • Monitor and report environmental performance against project objectives.
  • Manage environmental inspections, monitoring equipment, and data analysis (water, dust, noise, waste).
  • Record and report incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
Person specification
