Our client requires a proven Senior Enterprise Architect to join their dedicated small team. responsible for developing and modelling the enterprise architecture. Your expertise will provide vital guidance and strategic direction as we build a comprehensive digital representation of the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital landscape, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our architecture effectively supports our objectives.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Extensive experience across various architectural disciplines, with deep expertise in at least one area such as IT systems or technical architecture, business architecture, solution architecture, or data architecture.
• Proven ability to document complex organisational architectures, including technology, people, processes, and other elements that drive organisational success.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret complex systems, identifying dependencies and interactions between components.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across different architectural disciplines within a complex, devolved organisation.
• Expertise in identifying and communicating architectural risks, including security, data, and business risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and guiding decision-making processes.
• Experience with Ardoq is desirable but not essential.
