FULL TIME - 37hrs

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Partner to work closely with key stakeholders to deliver high-level advice, support and strategic guidance. Support managers across all areas of employee relations, staff welfare, performance management and absence management. They are looking for a leader to manage team members, acting as the senior operational expert under the HR manager and main point of contact for day-to-day HR queries.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships both internally and externally, engaging with professionals across the HR sector to stay current on trends and legal developments.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to support the HR team and provide direct management to HR team members to support their development, performance and wellbeing.
  • Support the execution of the organisation\'s People Strategy to translate strategic goals into operational HR tasks.
  • Support managers in their people management capabilities, specifically in dealing with staff issues.
  • Contribute to initiatives that promote staff well-being and provide expert advice on well-being related matters.
  • Play a vital role in reviewing and enhancing the organisation\'s employee benefits.
Qualifications
  • Generalist HR experience; CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven ability to work across all levels of the organisation; up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Skilled in balancing the needs of individuals and the organisation to ensure fair outcomes within legal/regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with HR information systems and standard office software.
  • Confident in managing complex and sensitive situations with discretion and sound decision-making.
