Your opportunity

• Design build maintain and improve dashboards on PowerBI and Tableau
• Improve business efficiency by incorporating AI into dashboards, reports and new systems
• Create insightful reports and presentations to senior management and relevant stakeholders
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies and best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance our BI & MI capabilities and competitive advantage
• Perform data and business analysis to gain insight into business functions and provide necessary recommendations to management team technology and operations
• Provide market intelligence analysis to sales team to enhance their ability to target appropriate clients
• Liaise with the technology teams to expand capabilities, improve efficiencies and ensure data needs are being met
• Develop customized and ad hoc reports and analyses based on the needs of the business units and management

Must have skills

• Experience within the asset management industry with an emphasis in Business Intelligence / Market Intelligence
• Excellent communication skills with experience working with senior executives and development of board quality reporting
• High level of initiative analytical thinking and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and develop relationships internally and externally
• Strong team player with the ability to operate and influence at all levels
• Extensive experience with industry tools including Power BI Alteryx and Tableau. Familiarity with languages such as SQL. Experience with databases such as Snowflake and Databricks
• Presentation storytelling and client relationship management skills to bring complex data problems and visuals to life
• A proactive mindset that is capable of thinking outside the box

Nice to have skills

• Experience with industry competitive intelligence data sources including Broadridge Financial Clarity & Morningstar
• Experience of using Salesforce system
• Professional qualification (CFA FIA / FFA qualified or equivalent)
