Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical operations teams and contribute to strategy and execution of global clinical programs.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and management of clinical studies across multiple regions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and review clinical trial protocols and study plans.
  • Support scenario planning, risk assessments, and operational best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Manage resource strategies for global drug development initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure clear communication and information sharing across projects.
  • Participate in regulatory submissions, meetings, and due diligence for in-licensing opportunities.
  • Mentor teams, conduct performance reviews, and support SOP development for clinical trials.
  • Represent the company at Investigator Meetings and other external events.
