Two brands. One mission: simple, joyful food. At Franco Manca we’re pioneers of sourdough, at The Real Greek every meal’s a celebration of culture and community. We need a pro who owns delivery-app sales (Deliveroo/Uber Eats/Just Eat) and knows digital & CRM inside out.

What you’ll do
  • Drive delivery growth with Deliveroo/Uber Eats/Just Eat - visibility, promos, performance.
  • Run full-funnel performance: search, paid social, SEO, affiliates, orders and visits up.
  • Build CRM & loyalty (email/SMS, segmentation, lifecycle tests) to boost repeat and LTV.
  • Turn data into action: clear KPIs, rapid test-and-learn, sharp reporting.
  • Own budgets and partner plans across both brands.
You are
  • A do-er with hospitality/retail/FMCG experience.
  • Strong in paid search + lifecycle/CRM, fluent in analytics, commercial, and creative.
