• Experience as a Design Manager, Design Co‑ordinator, or related roles.
• Experience in Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, or Student Accommodation projects.
• Background as a Main Contractor is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team to ensure project objectives are met.
• Coordinate between various stakeholders including subcontractors.
• Maintain high standards of project execution and site safety.
