We are looking for a driven and communicative Data Analyst to drive business outcomes through smart and impactful use of data. Our ideal future colleague cares deeply about creating business impact, translating business context and problem statements into actionable data insights and collaborating across Product, Tech, Commercial and Customer Support.

That’s why we empower our growing team of engineers, data and product folks by embedding them in product-centered, cross-functional squads for meaningful business context. We hone our craft and grow our skills as data professionals through functional reporting lines and regular catch-ups and knowledge sharing sessions across the Data organisation.
In your day-to-day you will come up with innovative solutions to business problems and identify new (product) opportunities using data. You will define meaningful KPIs and metrics and capture them in data models and reports. Being embedded in the Customer Experience Squad, you will work closely with your team mates across Tech, Product and UX to deliver product insights and advance the product strategy. You will also collaborate with our Commercial team to define and report on suitable performance metrics across delivery performance, customer satisfaction and more.
