Due to continued growth, DXC Technology has a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to join our Security team. The role involves managing complex cyber security projects requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. The individual will lead and provide expertise to project teams, participate in cross-functional initiatives, and mentor junior staff. They must be able to exercise significant independent judgment and represent the organization externally. Experience managing multiple projects for different clients and knowledge of Project Management methodologies are essential. Eligibility for SC clearance is also required.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and integrate work efforts of large, multi-function, multi-vendor project teams across multiple regions/countries.
  • Manage projects with aggressive deadlines, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Articulate DXC Security's POV and understand Cyber Security at a generalist level.
  • Identify and manage escalations effectively.
  • Mentor and train junior project managers.
Define and Develop:
  • Ensure proper handover from Sales and Solutioning.
  • Define project scope, plan, budget, and schedule.
  • Build and manage project financial models.
Manage:
  • Manage project team activities, resources, and client relationships.
  • Control costs, scope, risks, and changes.
  • Deliver quality standards and manage project financials including P&L.
Reporting:
  • Monitor and report project progress, commercials, and status to stakeholders.
Communication:
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure clear understanding of milestones and targets.
Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new client opportunities.
  • Support opportunity qualification and assessment.
  • Act as opportunity manager for medium to high-risk deals.
Experience and Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of Project Management Methodologies.
  • PMI or Prince2 (Practitioner) qualification.
  • Experience managing security projects within the IT industry.
  • Core skills in Planning, Cost Estimating, Risk Management, and Delivery Assurance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cybersecurity project experience.
