Location: Bradford, London or Petersfield

We’re looking for a highly analytical and driven Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join our team, focusing on optimising Existing Customer Management strategies. You will leverage data-driven insights to enhance lending decisions, balance risk and reward, and support business growth through robust credit strategies. You’ll lead complex analytical projects, deliver actionable recommendations, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness. You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative Credit Risk team that sits at the heart of customer decisioning. We are a data-led, insight-driven function focused on optimising strategies that balance risk, reward and responsible lending. The team emphasizes continuous improvement, innovation, and meaningful business impact. This role reports to the Credit Risk Manager and will work with senior stakeholders across Credit Risk, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure strategies are effective and aligned with wider business goals.
