Overview

Title: Senior Contracts Manager

Location: Between Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool areas

Salary: 75,000 to 85,000 + car allowance + bonus

Sector: Main contractor, Cladding replacement contracts, 5-20m

Start Date: Immediate

The Company:

Our client is a fast growing and well established 250m T/O main contractor, operating across various construction divisions from Fitout to new build construction. The company has been awarded multiple Cladding replacement contracts as main contractor within the Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool areas as part of a new region for them. They are looking for somoene to spearhead these contracts and be a major part of growing a new region. The compony is experiencing strong growth and this would be a great time to join.

Senior Contracts Manager - The Role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager, Operations Manager to lead the Northern division. You will be responsible for leading the day to day operational delivery across multiple large scale cladding replacement contracts, overseeing site based teams and reporting to head office. Projects are varied in size but could be between 2m and 25 invalue.

Senior Contracts Manager - The Person

• You will have solid experience with either a national or regional main contractor
• Demonstrable experience of delivering a range of refurbishment / construction projects within budget and programme (both interiors and exteriors)
• Cladding replacement experince is beneficial not essential
• Strong commercial awareness and being good with systems and numbers.
• Proven experience in managing site based teams on multiple simultaneous projects at once
• Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things
• High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme
• A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.
