We’re now looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Trainer to join our team, someone who shares our commitment to high‑quality, person‑centred learning that makes a real difference in health and care settings.

What you’ll do

You’ll design, deliver and develop engaging blended learning programmes across a range of health and care specialisms, helping professionals enhance their skills, confidence and quality of care. You’ll also support curriculum development, contribute to new training solutions, and bring innovation and creativity to everything you do.

Main duties & qualifications
  • A current professional registration (NMC / HCPC / GDC / Social Work / GMC)
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience)
  • A Level 4 (or higher) teaching, training or assessing qualification
  • Proven experience delivering training across clinical health and care specialisms
  • Strong background in clinical practice (AHP, Nursing, or Social Work)
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop and deliver high‑quality blended learning
  • Confidence in using digital tools for training and learning delivery
  • Knowledge of curriculum design, course development, and research‑informed practice
  • A genuine passion for developing others and improving care outcomes
Bonus skills
  • Line management or leadership experience
  • A postgraduate qualification in Education, Health or Social Care
  • A project management qualification
  • Experience providing clinical supervision or mentoring
