About the role

The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency serving major brands in the beauty industry, including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, and Boots own brand. We combine external creative capabilities with the speed and knowledge of an in-house team, backed by extensive experience with Boots and No7 Beauty Company.

As a Senior Client Manager, you will oversee your account’s success, manage daily operations, and develop your team. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you’ll manage client relationships, onboard new business, and contribute to high-profile campaigns.

You will support the Head of Client Services in fostering team momentum, delivering quality work, and driving growth. Collaborating with other Senior Client Managers, you’ll oversee delivery and support strategic account development by identifying opportunities and providing creative solutions to benefit stakeholders and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your account as the main contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring the delivery of integrated campaigns.
  • Clarify and develop client briefs aligned with business objectives, producing inspiring creative briefs.
  • Partner with creative and production agencies, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage scope of work and delegate tasks based on team skillsets.
  • Work with Project Management to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver multi-channel content across paid and owned media channels.
  • Oversee financial tracking, scope estimation, and budgeting with your team.
  • Manage multiple deadlines, communicate issues or risks, and uphold agency standards.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and approvals both virtually and in person.
  • Ensure delivery excellence, proactively seek opportunities, and propose solutions with a positive attitude.
  • Continuously improve processes within your area and across the agency.
  • Support the Head of Client Services in growth initiatives and confidently communicate the agency’s offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive client service and agency culture through leadership, mentorship, and fostering innovation and creativity.

What you’ll need to have:

  • 5+ years as a Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director in an agency or related environment.
  • Experience in line management and developing account teams.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including data reporting; a compelling storyteller.
  • Experience collaborating with media agencies and executing creative campaigns for large media plans.
  • Strong project management skills, especially for omni-channel creative assets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
  • Numeracy skills, including estimating fees and creating reports and dashboards.
  • A passion for producing great creative work.

Preferred additional experience:

  • Retail account experience.
  • Managing TV and Radio campaigns.
