• Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care.
• Previous experience in a similar residential care role working with children.
• Dedication to promoting the welfare and development of children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the children in making positive decisions.
• Maintaining meticulous records of events and observations.
• Collaborating with the manager and other professionals for care planning.
• Facilitating supervised contacts with the families of young people.
