Our Change Management and Training Consultants are encouraged to support the growth of this line of business and contribute to its evolution by proposing ideas and innovations to improve client or colleague benefits. On-the-job training is provided on the NTT DATA Business Solutions project toolset.
Job Summary
As a Senior Change & Training Programme Lead you will support the revenue growth of this key business area and contribute to the company's strategic development. You will be responsible for managing the change process for all impacted stakeholders within the assigned programmes, ensuring end users understand how their roles will evolve, are fully trained, prepared, and equipped to transition to new systems and ways of working. You will ensure methods are applied to suit the programme context and build trusted advisor relationships with customers and colleagues.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Depending upon the programme you may or may not have supervisory responsibility for other OCM professionals on the programme.
- Other OCM professionals may be part of the NDBS OCM team or part of the client organisation.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the Change & Training methods are understood and executed to achieve programme success.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Business Change, Training, and Benefits, managing a team to meet project timelines and quality standards in line with the specific programme SoW.
- Contribute to the Change and Training practice by leading on initiatives or team development.
- Support business development by responding to RFI’s, RFP’s and engaging in client pre-sales activities.
- Work closely with the Project Management Team and Client Organisation to ensure successful project delivery and build trust through:
Change Management Leadership
- Lead and manage all aspects of change management activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and frameworks tailored to each project’s needs.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess change readiness, define change impacts, and create a change management roadmap.
- Lead change impact assessments, resistance management, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions.
Training Programme Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs, ensuring all stakeholders are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate new systems and processes.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and deliver training materials and learning modules for different audiences.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of blended learning experiences, including e-learning, in-person training, and hands-on workshops.
- Ensure that training programs are scalable and sustainable for ongoing business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Serve as the key point of contact for all change and training-related communications, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the transformation process.
- Engage with senior leadership to ensure alignment on the goals, progress, and outcomes of change and training initiatives.
- Proactively identify and address issues or challenges related to change and training delivery.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management and training programs.
- Regularly report on progress, success rates, and any adjustments needed to ensure alignment with project timelines and business goals.
- Conduct post-implementation assessments to ensure long-term adoption and return on investment.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of change management and training professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and business analysts to ensure change and training initiatives are integrated into the overall project delivery.

Experience
- Experience of leading and managing organisational change in complex IT driven change programmes.
Skills
- Proven ability to motivate a team and to influence and manage a variety of stakeholders without direct Line Management supervision in a period of large scale change.
- Strong and engaging inter-personal and communications skill-sets.
