Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role required.
  • This position requires a PVG and two references.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of individualised care.
  • Supervise and lead a team of care assistants, providing guidance.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring resident safety.
