Qualifications

• 2 years' experience working with older people and those with dementia is desirable.
• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Look after residential and dementia residents as part of a care team.
• Support the team, promote choice, individuality and independence for residents.
• Provide supervision and act as a mentor to care assistants.
• Administer medications where qualified and ensure safe medication practices.
