This is a role for a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare in Northampton. The focus is on supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals.
