A leading provider of elderly care homes is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver high standards of personal care, monitor resident wellbeing, and support staff. The ideal candidate will have NVQ 3, 2 years' experience in a care environment, and be a positive communicator. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions.
