A leading care provider in the UK seeks a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams in delivering high-quality resident care. You will administer medication, develop care plans, and mentor team members. Candidates must have NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and demonstrate strong leadership and people skills.
