Your Role:

Bring your expertise to craft and execute change strategies across various industries, including Defence, Nuclear, Energy Transition, and more. Use your knowledge of change management methodologies like Prosci.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess change requirements and organizational readiness.
• Develop plans to address resistance and improve engagement.
• Analyze data to inform decisions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead change initiatives with strong communication skills.

Ideal candidates have consulting experience, contribute to technical papers, and can mentor team members. Leadership and a learning-oriented attitude are essential.

Candidate Profile:

• Deep knowledge of change management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in assessing readiness and developing strategies.
• Analytical mindset to overcome resistance.
