The Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be a key figure within the team, managing your own projects, supporting junior colleagues, and representing the consultancy with clients. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety—no two days will be the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading projects from inception to completion
• Undertaking EA and CA roles across a diverse portfolio
• Delivering full building surveying duties across public‑sector assets
• Managing client relationships and supporting business growth
• Mentoring and guiding junior surveyors
