Reports to: Bridal Manager

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Bridal Sales Associate to join a luxury bridal retail team at a flagship London store. This role will be responsible for hosting all bridal appointments, managing client relationships, and acting as the first point of contact for bridal enquiries. The successful candidate will help maintain and enhance the reputation of a luxury bridal service offering, while bringing personal expertise and passion to the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalised service to all bridal clients.
  • Style brides with complete looks, offering expert advice tailored to individual preferences and special occasions.
  • Manage the bridal appointment diary, clienteling records, and process customer information accurately.
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries; strong computer literacy is essential due to the administrative demands of the role.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets set by the Bridal Manager.
  • Maintain product knowledge across all departments, including ready-to-wear and homeware, to create cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with atelier to manage the timeline and workflow of each bridal journey, ensuring an elevated client experience.
  • Host fitting appointments in partnership with the in-house fitting team.
  • Assist in managing bespoke bridal orders and support the wider bridal department in responsibilities including stock management, visual merchandising, and general store housekeeping.
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience within bridal retail or luxury retail environments.
  • Strong background in customer-facing roles with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • A qualification in Fashion, Design, or a related field is desirable.
