Qualifications

• Proven experience leading bids within civil engineering or MEICA environments.
• Strong technical and/or commercial background.
• Chartered or Incorporated status desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of PQQs and tender submissions.
• Implement winning bid strategies.
• Manage bid teams for quality submissions.
• Build relationships with key clients.
