Salary: £TBC per hour
Contract Type: Ongoing | Full-time (30 hours/week) | Outside IR35

This ongoing locum position offers the autonomy of IR35-exempt work, stable weekday hours (09:00–17:00), and competitive assessment-based earnings—£300 LTD for full assessments and £100 LTD for partial assessments, with a requirement to complete three assessments weekly. Complete comprehensive Best Interest assessments tailored to each individual’s needs and circumstances.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, advocates, and other professionals to gather vital information.

Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation to support robust and defensible decision‑making.

Provide specialist advice to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Mental Capacity Act and associated frameworks.

Deliver high-quality assessments within agreed timeframes, ensuring consistency, clarity, and person‑centred outcomes.
