A leading gaming company is seeking a detail-focused Senior Benefits Analyst for an 18-month fixed-term contract. This role involves managing employee benefits and compliance across the EMEA and APAC regions. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in benefits administration, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The position offers hybrid working and various benefits including private medical insurance and a discretionary bonus.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Senior Benefits Analyst to provide parental cover within our Global Benefits Team. This role will support the delivery and administration of retirement, health and welfare programmes, as well as wellbeing initiatives across the EMEA and APAC regions.
Please note this is an 18 month fixed term contract.
In this role, you will support the management of a wide range of employee benefit programmes, including private medical, dental, vision, pension, life insurance, and other voluntary perks. You’ll work closely with the payroll team to resolve queries, ensure accurate data reconciliation, and carry out audits when required. You’ll also maintain and verify data related to insurance premiums, claims, and associated costs, while providing support to the vendor management team with purchase order and invoice queries.
