Senior Associate - Property Litigation - Cardiff - 6+ years PQE
Location: Cardiff Office (Hybrid & Flexible)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £75,000 to £95,000

Chadwick Nott are happy to be working with a fast-growing and ambitious law firm in their search for a Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Commercial Disputes team, focusing on Property Litigation. Based in the heart of Cardiff, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-quality contentious property matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

This is a senior, client-facing position offering the opportunity to manage and support on complex property disputes. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters
  • Advising on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, boundary/access issues, and strategic dispute resolution
  • Supporting partners on high-value and complex cases
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and pursuing professional development
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a solicitor with:

  • 6+ years PQE in property litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently and collaboratively
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with enthusiasm for business development
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A team-oriented mindset with flexibility and initiative
