Senior Associate/Partner – Business Immigration

TSR Legal are currently representing a specialist boutique Legal 500 immigration law firm with a reputation for delivering clear, strategic, and client-focused advice based in Bristol. Our client works with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups and scale-ups to multinationals, helping them navigate complex immigration frameworks and achieve their growth ambitions.

As the firm continues to expand, our client is seeking a talented and driven Business Immigration Senior Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a growing firm where you will have direct client exposure, the chance to shape the future of the firm, and the support of an agile and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising corporate clients on all aspects of UK business immigration law, including sponsor licences, visa applications, compliance, and right to work.
• Managing your own caseload of clients while working closely with partners on complex or high-profile matters.
• Drafting clear and practical legal advice tailored to fast-paced business environments.
• Building strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support, and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Contributing to business development initiatives, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing within the firm.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years post qualification experience, with experience in UK business immigration.
• Strong technical knowledge of sponsorship, PBS routes, and compliance obligations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear, commercial way.
• A proactive, client-focused business development mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Enjoys working in a boutique, collaborative environment with room to grow and shape the practice.
