Qualifications

• 5+ years of credit experience in wholesale banking/Buyside or credit risk management.
• Experience in outsourcing workflows and managing 3rd party vendors.
• Strong understanding of credit and syndication processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with Deal Team and Legal Counsel on Direct Lending transactions.
• Ensure accurate booking of upsizes and amendments.
• Participate in managing restructurings and complex facilities.
