Qualifications

  • Proven senior/associate-level background in development infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of UK drainage, flood risk and planning frameworks.
  • Ability to manage teams, resources and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Leading multiple residential infrastructure projects simultaneously.
  • Overseeing technical delivery and ensuring quality across the team.
  • Managing project budgets, fees and invoicing.
  • Preparing planning and technical submissions (S38/S278/S104).
  • Guiding, mentoring and developing junior engineers.
  • Acting as a key technical contact for clients and stakeholders.

Skills
