Job description
Senior / Associate Building Surveyor

New opportunity with a multi-disciplinary consultancy in the West Midlands.

We are looking for a Senior or Associate level Building Surveyor to join the Building Consultancy team of a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy.

For this role we are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor, ideally from a consultancy/private practice background. A degree in Building Surveying is required, and we are ideally looking for full professional qualification - i.e. MRICS. Strong communication skills are essential as this is a client facing role and you will also be supporting more junior team members.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team on a wide range of projects which include Education, industrial and commercial schemes with contract values up to around £5m, working for interesting clients including motor manufacturers, aerospace manufacturers, Schools/Universities, contractors and developers.

Whilst the role will ultimately include all aspects of building surveying there is more of a bias towards project work / contract administration. There is considerable opportunity for career progression as this team continues to grow.
