Qualifications and Experience
  • BSC or HND within Architectural Technology.
  • Proficiency with Revit.

  • Knowledge of MEP and Structural building systems and building regulations.
  • CIAT Registered would be desirable.
  • Experience leading projects within the residential sector.
  • Job Running experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area.
