Job summary

A leading aerospace solutions provider is seeking a Senior Quality / Continuous Improvement Engineer based in Greater London. The role involves providing on-site support in corrective action management and process improvement in aerospace manufacturing. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in MRO environments and possess strong analytical and communication skills. This position is outside IR35 and offers flexible working arrangements at the customer facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an aerospace or MRO manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in corrective action management and Root Cause / RCCA methodologies.
• Demonstrated understanding of AS9100 and production processes.
• Ability to work independently on-site and engage confidently with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and consolidate historical and active quality issues.
• Create and maintain a structured Issue Catalogue.
• Facilitate Root Cause and RCCA activities with teams.
• Define and track corrective and preventative actions.
• Review production processes and implement process improvements.
