Your role at DHL
As a Senior Advisor – Employee Relations and Labor Relations, you will be a strategic partner for managers and the HR team, providing expertise in managing employer-employee relations and labor relations practices.
Responsibilities
- Employee and Labor Relations
- Provide strategic support to managers and HR on labor relations and employee management issues.
- Advise and support conflict management, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Participate in the negotiation and implementation of collective agreements.
- Ensure internal practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Compliance and Internal Policies
- Ensure the application of company policies in line with labor legislation.
- Participate in updating HR guides and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and recommend improvements.
- Training and Support
- Design and deliver training on best practices in labor relations management.
- Raise awareness among managers about employee management issues and legal obligations.
- Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor trends and key indicators in labor relations.
- Produce reports and recommendations to optimize internal practices.
Your Profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in labor relations.
- Bilingual (French-English) – essential.
- Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and strategic thinking.
- Ability to navigate a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
