  • Confidence managing a sizeable book of business and presenting to senior stakeholders.

The Opportunity

We're offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Executive to take over a well-established £k income book which will not be under attack comprising primarily corporate, charity, and educational clients. You'll manage existing relationships while also being encouraged to develop new business opportunities and shape the future of this portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Take full ownership of a £k GWP client book, with immediate responsibility for relationship management and renewals
  • Deliver tailored insurance solutions across commercial, charity, and education sectors
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with clients, insurers, and partners
  • Identify growth and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio
  • Act as a strategic advisor on risk and insurance issues
  • Maintain high compliance and service standards
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive, ideally with exposure to charity or education clients
  • Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance, including property, liability, and professional risks
  • Confidence managing a sizeable book of business and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Cert CII/Dip CII (or working towards) preferred
  • Self-driven with a consultative and service-led approach
