The day to day of your new AC / Air Conditioning Supervisor role:

• The new Lead AC Engineer will work closely with the Department Manager, Director, and Co-Ordinators to assist with overall operations.
• You will mostly be field based, still hands on, whilst overseeing the various other Engineers.
• Hands on work will include travelling London and surrounding patches to resolve fault issues, or servicing tasks (Although there is a separate maintenance function).
• You will be on the 1 in 4 call out rota, although this will decrease as the team continues to grow. You’ll get a £150 standby rate regardless of whether you’re called out or not, plus enhanced overtime pay and travel time paid at said amount when attending call-outs. You are welcome to swap your weeks with other colleagues. And technical support by phone will also be available to you for any callouts you attend.

What we’re looking for:

• Our HVAC client need someone with previous experience in a HVAC / AC / Air conditioning Service and Repairs Engineer role
• A good attitude and able to lead the team efficiently
• With a drivers licence
